Deekay and Sons Nigeria Limited, is Assembly, Treading  and Sales of Consumer Electronics & Home Appliances Products   (Refrigerators, Chest Freezer, Television sets, Gas Cookers, Fan’s, Table Top Stove etc.) synonymous with durability, reliability and style. Through collective mind set, process innovation and continuous improvement, Deekay and Sons Nigeria Limited strives to always meet and exceed our customers’ expectations in providing affordable products at the highest quality.

Quality is critical to our success: it is integral to and underpins all of our processes. We manage our activities and associated resources as a series of planned processes to produce the right assembly, at the right time and with minimum wastage.

Our individual processes are structured into a documented quality management system, known as which meets the requirements for ISO 9001:2015. We are committed to the continuous improvement of the products and services we provide, whilst also driving forward the effectiveness of our QMS.

Our management team drives compliance with all statutory, regulatory, legislative and contractual requirements — and we provide an internal environment in which our people are fully involved in achieving our Quality Objectives.

 

Furthermore, to meet our objectives we shall;

  • Provide sufficient resources and equipment to ensure that we can operate to the Quality Management System standard of ISO 9001:2015;
  • Track, apply new technologies and educate employees; also provide extensive staff training, promoting a ‘do it right the first time’ attitude towards quality;

This Quality Policy statement will be reviewed annually. Responsibility for compliance to this policy rests with the Executive Management, who will monitor the effectiveness of the policy and its associated initiatives. This Quality Policy Statement will be displayed prominently, company website, be made available to any interested party upon request and access to the complete Quality manual detailing procedures will be available on the premises for reference by any employee.

Notification about Fraudulent Emails

Nexus Forlife Limited has become aware of a number of scam emails being sent by unauthorized third parties to the public fraudulently claiming to be running promotions. Examples include unsolicited emails claiming that recipients are due to receive charity donations, lottery winnings or offers of employment. We confirm that none of these emails are official Nexus Forlife Limited promotions / offers of employment and as such we do not accept any association with or liability arising from or relating to these emails. We therefore advise that recipients of these emails refrain from responding to such emails and/or from providing their personal data.

Local Laws

You are entirely responsible for compliance with the applicable local laws of any country where you access the web site, including but not limited to the export and import laws of such country in relation to the materials and third-party content.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and condition shall be resolved in an amicable way. If and when any dispute could not be settled within a reasonable time, but not exceeding thirty (30) days then any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the use of Nexus website, shall be determined by a Sole Arbitrator to be appointed by the Chairperson of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) Nigeria Branch. The decision of the Sole Arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

The place of the arbitration shall be Lagos State and the arbitration shall be conducted based on the Lagos State Arbitration Law 2009 or any modification or replacement thereto.
